We bought and renovated our first house in 1996 and from that followed a number of renovations and conversions of houses into flats for the rental market.

1999 saw the realisation of our first big project with the development of three new houses behind the clock shop in Baldock - now known as Alexander Court. This success led onto further renovations and new build as far afield as Arrington and Thriplow to Ashwell and Baldock itself, with the renovation of the Bake House and new build of the development on the corner of Pembroke Road and South Road.

We pride ourselves on high class workmanship, are members of the Federation of Master Builders and an accredited Trustmark builder.
